Nosworthy Group

Website, social media, email, editing and proofreading

One day in June 2023, I stumbled across Nosworthy Group on LinkedIn. I was immediately drawn to their values and their approach to executive development that focuses on personal leadership. And I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention how impressed I was with their list of partners.

It wasn’t immediately obvious how I could add value to Nosworthy Group — but I decided to send a cold email pitch anyway, just in case.

Fast forward 12 months and with the team, I have rewritten the websites including in-depth case studies; launched a monthly email newsletter and Instagram with weekly content; revived LinkedIn with a weekly presence; reviewed partner and course communications — and started writing and editing a book called ‘It Depends’.

My approach:

The goals of the content we share is to celebrate the work and contribute meaningfully — in a way that feels seamless for the team, amidst an already jam-packed calendar of delivering for partners.

To achieve these goals, it is essential that my writing:

  • Feels authentic to the team and respectful to all partners;

  • Balances storytelling and thought leadership.

There are also two principles I hold in mind when writing for Nosworthy Group:

  1. Big hits, not quick hits: what we write is longer than what you’ll typically see on your Feed or in your inbox — because the subject, team and work deserve the time. I also believe the reader deserves our respect: they are more than capable of handling meatier content. At the same time, every word is chosen to convey depth and expertise clearly and concisely.

  2. Beyond ‘Business As Usual’: creativity and innovation guide the stories we tell and how we tell them. I aim for readers to think, “wow, their work is cool,” rather than, “just another corporate event to tick the box.”

I have had a very colourful and fulfilling career — and so it says a lot that my work with Nosworthy Group stands out as particularly deeply meaningful and rewarding. I’m excited for all that’s to come.
